VanSite offers two different passes for flexible camping: the AnnualPass and the 25Pass. With the AnnualPass you can use thousands of pitches for €0 per night. The 25Pass gives you 25% off every night. There are also gift vouchers in various amounts, perfect as a gift for camping fans.

VanSite pitches offer you nature-close and personal camping options on private green spaces away from mass tourism. With a maximum of five pitches per host you enjoy peace and individuality. Many pitches also offer sanitary facilities, fresh water and electricity. The platform lets you filter specifically by facilities, surroundings and activities to find your ideal pitch, from a meadow in the countryside to a cabin by the lake.

Wondering which pass is right for you? The AnnualPass is ideal if you want to travel flexibly and save on costs throughout the year and prefer paying €0 per night at over 1,000 of the pitches. You also get 50% off so-called "PLUS" pitches. The 25Pass suits you if you want to try camping with VanSite for the first time and save 25% off all nights.

A card pays for itself after just a few nights a year. The AnnualPass in particular, which works like a camping flat rate, you can save considerably.

VanSite passes are linked directly to your personal account and vehicle. You can then handle your bookings comfortably via the VanSite website or app. Your pass is always available digitally, so you can book spontaneously and paperlessly even while on the road.

Yes, the AnnualPasses are linked to you and your registered vehicle. You can always bring along one additional person, and on dog-friendly pitches also your four-legged friend. If you want to travel with more people, you can add the "Family & Friends Package" and use the pass for up to four additional people.

Every VanSite Pass is valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of purchase and expires automatically without any subscription renewal.

The number of bookings is not restricted when using AnnualPasses. To ensure that all our AnnualPass holders enjoy fair access to our pitches, we have set up certain guidelines. These are there to prevent misuse of the system and give everyone the chance to get the most out of their camping experience:

• Future bookings:

You can make up to 4 future bookings at the same time. This helps us ensure broad availability of pitches for everyone.

• No-shows:

We understand that plans can change. That's why we allow up to 3 no-shows within a year. We do ask that you cancel bookings in advance if you can't make it to the pitch you booked.

• Maximum length of stay (per booking)

To prevent individual listings from being fully booked far in advance by a single user, the maximum number of nights per booking is limited to three.

• Water and electricity consumption:

Water and electricity consumption must be paid separately and is not included in any of our passes.

• Use of sanitary facilities

Use of sanitary facilities such as toilets or showers must be paid separately and is not included in any of our passes.

• Bookings with the same host:

To ensure a fair distribution, we limit bookings with the same host to a maximum of 7 per year.
