Der Birkenhof – Stellplatz "An der alten Eiche" from €13.00 per night

Our property is in the Prignitz on the border with Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. If you want to be particularly secluded, the meadow at our old oak is the right place for you. We leave this part of the property to nature. Everything that wants to grow grows here and on warm summer nights you can see hundreds of fireflies floating over the meadow. Our house is far enough away that you can have yourselves if you want. You look at a piece of forest that used to be the park of the neighboring estate and is now a nature reserve. In the evening, the setting sun bathes this spot in a wonderful golden light, and when our neighbor's horses run across the paddock, it's almost kitschy romantic. The driveway to this parking space is a bit narrow, but maneuvering is not a problem for anything up to the size of a Bullis. Since we are currently still in the middle of the renovation work on our 150-year-old house, we unfortunately do not have a guest bathroom. But by arrangement you can use our shower, the toilet or the washing machine for a small fee. From here you can start hiking or cycling tours in the surrounding area. In 20 minutes by car you are at the Mecklenburg Lake District, where you can swim, paddle and canoe. If you have any questions, please send a message before booking.
