You can move and develop freely on our spacious, beautiful property in the Waldviertel. Children or dogs (note, the property is very large, 3500 square meters, and therefore unfortunately not completely fenced in) can let off steam here wonderfully and almost unsupervised (a street in front of the house, but separated by a hedge). In the garden there is a swing and the possibility to hang a hammock. In the evening you can prepare something good at the covered fireplace (several seating options and tables available) or walk to the excellent restaurant 5 minutes away. Twice a week, a mobile baker or a butcher comes to the small town (small playground). On the other side of the road runs the beautiful Kamp (white water) where you can fish and go boating. 5 minutes drive and you can drive to a beautiful reservoir where you can swim and boat. Krems is half an hour away, Vienna is about 45 minutes away. From a stay of 5 nights you can use our toilet, our bathroom with shower and our kitchen for a small surcharge and order organic eggs, organic juice and Burgenland wine in advance. In summer, the Waldviertel offers a wide range of cultural activities. Otherwise you can enjoy the silence of nature here (you have to ignore a few motorbikes a bit during the summer weekends during the day).
