Naturpark Südliches Bergisches Land, Platz an der Pferdewiese from €31.20 per night

The pitch at our horse meadow is on a south-facing slope with a view of the Bröltal valley, bordered on one side by a small forest and on the other by the meadow. The property is located directly on the historic Kölner Weg, hiking areas such as the Siegsteig, the Bergische Panoramaweg and the Wahnbachtalsperre are in the immediate vicinity and invite you to go hiking, cycling, mountain biking and Nordic walking. A visit to the Stachelhardt above the Siegtal is also worthwhile, where there is a launch site for hang-gliders and paraglider pilots and the Siegtal also offers an "alpine" Siegsteig for the more ambitious hikers with a great view. If the water level is right, you can use your canoe on Sieg und Bröl. Of course, we are happy to provide route recommendations. The access to the parking space is via the meadow from the local connecting road behind it via a mown access road, which can be easily driven on with a Bully, camper van, motorhome or car. Since it is a completely natural course, the terrain is not entirely level, wedges or leveling aids would be advantageous. The area can be equipped with an electrical connection (extra charge) on request, fresh water can be tapped free of charge at the main building, which is about 200 m below, if required. We are happy to provide our barbecue/campfire area in the garden (approx. 150 m below) by arrangement, as well as our small agility training area with tunnel, footbridge, slalom, hurdles. Training sessions can also be booked here. On the day of arrival, we will also be happy to prepare a (warm) dinner for you upon request. In the next larger town (approx. 2 km) you will find pretty much everything you need: restaurants/pizzerias, pharmacy, a swimming pool, several supermarkets, hardware store etc. We look forward to you.
